Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure each item is carefully inspected before shipping.

Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements are only offered if the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order details.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be eligible for either:

  • A replacement item (subject to stock availability), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method


Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or colour choice

  • Delayed shipping caused by courier services

  • Normal wear and tear after use

  • Items damaged after delivery


How to Request a Refund
To submit a claim, please email us at savedapparel@collectives.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence of the damage


Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
